Mantis (www.mantis-international.com) participated at the SCM FORUM that was organized by ant Technologies (www.ant-tech.ru), Mantis’ partner in Russia/CIS, on April 28, 2010 at the President hotel in Kiev, Ukraine.
Among the key speakers from the technology vendors were Mr. Alexander Usov (Ant’s CEO), Mr. Ioannis Panagiotopoulos (Mantis’ CEO), Mr. Frank Rissler (Vocollect’s business development manager for the region) and Mr. Oleg Loktev (Ant’s Deputy Director for consulting services).
Voice directed logistics solutions and their benefits in warehousing productivity and efficiency as well as interesting systems such as labor management and yard management were presented and demonstrated in live in the forum along with the current international trends in logistics technologies and solutions.
Executives from Ukrainian companies and from the Ukrainian League of Logistics and Warehousing presented interesting case studies and the status of the local logistics market respectively.
